I hate exercise. But I love Synergy! I found this lovely and very different boutique fitness center years ago and I never left. Charmaine and Rod (the owners) are often onsite and teach many of the classes and private sessions themselves. They and the rest of the staff are wonderful! I have been a member of SynergyFx since 1995! They have helped me gain strength and flexibility. I couldn't have asked for a better group to work out with regularly.
I've been a member at Synergy for almost 8 years. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, the classes are challenging, clean & modern facility, and there's a great sense of camaraderie between members! If you're new to fitness or just getting back in the game, you won't feel intimidated here and everyone is very helpful.
