Synergy180 is the best part of my day! If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll be inspired and excited to work out, this is the place. The dynamic class offerings make it a truly exceptional fitness studio. Special shout to Emma for her infectious energy and motivation, she makes you feel like you can do anything!
The coaches and the workouts are great but their billing practices are SO shady. I know many people who have ended their membership (who went here for years) due to being wrongly charged by hundreds of dollars, and their membership director refuses to admit any wrongdoing or provide refunds. The quality and cleanliness has declined over the years, but their predatory billing practices were enough to force me to finally quit.
