I have been coming to Synergy for years, and Dr Korman is the best (she is retiring) and recently I saw Dr Joy. I am happy with both of them and the office is beautiful. Scheduling an appointment can sometimes be a ways out, but I trust the Drs at this office, so I don't mind waiting. I had a hysterectomy done here, and prior to that plenty of appointments and IUD insertion, etc. The only complaint I have is with the phone system. I had a really unpleasant experience here. I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic and could not get through on the phone to speak to someone to let them know. I was given the option to reschedule an hour later but under no circumstances would they take me 10 minutes late for an appointment that was a quick conversation consult and they has scheduled for an hour. Not only do I receive thorough, sensitive health care at Synergy, but the practitioners I've seen have taken the time to make sure to address my questions and concerns.

I am sad to say that i had two traumatic experiences here related to gynecological care. The care was not trauma informed, by any stretch of the imagination. In one incident I was left exposed for 10 minutes with a nurse staring at me who looked very uncomfortable (who was supposed to be my safety attendant) as we waited for the Dr to check on something.
