Kes is a great health coach. I had never worked with a health coach before, but Kes was great at putting me at ease with the delicate process of empowering me to take charge of my health over the course of our virtual sessions. This place is wonderful. I have pain and massage often makes it worse. This is the first place I've come where the pain is actually better after. I always feel safe and comfortable, even during the pandemic. I appreciate that they are taking Covid precautions seriously. I recommend Synergy to anyone seeking massage.
