RecommendedThe massage that I received from Frances at Synergy Wellness and BodyCare was nothing short of amazing! She was professional and made me feel really comfortable. I am athletic and also have a physically demanding job, and I needed some help to relieve some muscle tension. Frances was able to solve all of the issues I had been having over the past few months and I’m considering making her service apart of my monthly wellness plan. The facility itself has relaxing decor that sets a positive mood and is very neat and clean.

I absolutely love Synergy Wellness & Body are. It has become one of my happy places due to France's wonderful spirit and generosity. Her Reiki techniques have really helped me and her massages are wonderful.
I enjoyed my massage so much I actually fell asleep. I never do that. They make you feel comfortable and get the kink out for you
I have been going to Frances for close to a year, and she is amazing. I get the 20 minute chair massage regularly to keep my shoulders from getting knotted, and the treatment really helps my headaches. Also, the 60 minutes Swedish massage is wonderful when I want a bit of pampering!
