I've been so happy with the personal training at Synergy Training and Wellness! Nate really took time to understand my capabilities, past injuries and my goals. He has put together a strength training program that has helped me completely recover from an injury after my PT and get back to running and golf. I am so glad I am working out with Nate and recommend him for anyone who wants a truly personalized exercise program.
