I can't imagine Ryan doesn't end up in prison. It's amazing that anyone would run a business like this stealing money from everyone.
Ryan is a scammer. Run as and as far from this title company as you can. Known for not recording transactions and forging legal documents. Seriously, there needs to be some more laws in place to protect everyone from these terrible people. This is insane that this business is still able to be in business.

The utah insurance department issued a emergency order against Ryan Goodrich and synergy title. He stole the payoff that was supposed to go to the my previous mortgage company. We realized that when we started receiving delinquent notices from the same mortgage company. Avoid them like the plague.
