Synergy Temperature Control installed the HVAC system in my house. At the time of install I was assured by the Project Manager they would service the system whenever needed and they took great pride in their customer service. I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with this company was FRUSTRATING. From the start, it became clear that this company prioritizes profit over honest service. After the initial visit, they gave my mom a repair quote — which we agreed to and paid — only to return and pile on additional "urgent" repairs one after another. In mornings about 6:00am This vehicle drives from Juarez Mexico into El Paso. Fleet Unit #3 cuts in Line, insults, and throws things at other cars that don't let him cut in bridge line.
