Good spa, but gift certificate policy stinks – Synergy is a good, reliable spa. I have consistently enjoyed services there since it opened. That said, I have a real problem with their policy on gift certificates. I get one every year from my step-mother, and it can never be used toward the special offerings they frequently have. I suppose the spa's idea is that it's already a discounted service, but a gift certificate is really the same as cash. You are completely correct and we changed that policy a long time ago. I am not sure when you last contacted us for an appointment? You can use your gift certificate towards anything you like including specials and discounted services. From time to time we do run gift certificate promotions like for example a complimentary holiday manicure with a $150 regular gift certificate purchase. Allison; the BEST massage therapist! – Allison is, hands down, the best massage therapist I've had. She's so kind and caring and really takes the time to sit down and talk about any problems, what hurts, and where she should work. The hot stone massage is the way to go - she doesn't just leave the stones on your back, she actually incorporates them as part of the massage. The atmosphere of the spa is soothing and they don't rush you. I've had a great experience everytime and will continue to go as often as I can!
Best Facials Ever – I love getting facials at Synergy! I especially love the Oxygen Infusion treatment. I've had full body massages before at other places, but they pale in comparison with simply a facial from Synergy. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the products are very good. I have used their clarifying pads to clean up occasional breakouts. The staff at Synergy are very welcoming and know how to make you feel comfortable. Great Facial & Manicures – I have never gotten a facial before so I was alittle nervous but after going to Synergy Spa to get my facial I felt so good. I was so relaxed and I loved the hand and arm massage during my facial. Everyone was so friendly and really cared about how I felt. Kristen which is the one who did my facial really recommended things that I should do for my skin type and I really liked that. Perfect Zen experience – The massages I have had at Synergy Spa were great. The ambience is great! The friendly staff as well as personable and experienced massage therapist make the whole experience phenomenal. My massage therapist spends additional time to print and show particular stretches that would help the areas that may be tensed. The whole experience is very relaxing.
Best Spa Ever – Best massage I ever had. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Gift certificates to Synergy are ALWAYS my favorite gift. My husband thinks Allsion is great!
Best girls day ever!! – This is such a great place to go! So quite and relaxing! If you need a deep tissue/swedish combo look no futhur than Allison! She was AMAZING! I havn't been able to "pop" my own back in over 2 years, but day after morning I woke up and it "popped" all the way up my spine! What a relief! It was truely amazing and I can't wait to return!!! (As soon as my husband isn't looking:))
Never even been there... but I am excited to go now! – I have looked at a bunch of reviews on different spas in the Raleigh area. I have not been to Synergy but I am really impressed that the owner gives a response to those who are not happy with the service. I feel she truely has the best intentions to see that the customer is happy in the end.
