Terrible Customer Service!! – After spending a lot of time reading Synergy's reviews on here and looking over their website, I decided to stop by and check out their facility. Boy am I glad I actually went there BEFORE making an appointment! At first glance Synergy is everything you think you'd want a spa to be (beautifully decorated, smells good, etc)...That is until you stand around in their lobby for 10 minutes waiting for the front desk girls to stop gossiping about their weekends and help you. We have responded to this review under the comment section. This is further feedback unrelated to this specific review. We recently received negative "front desk" reviews on various review sites. We are not sure what has prompted this (as we have had the same team for several years) nor do we have a way of knowing if these reviews are coming from actual clients. HORRIBLE Customer Service & UNLICENSED Makeup Artists!!! – I had an absolutley HORRIBLE experience at Synergy Spa & will NEVER go back! I scheduled (& prepaid!) for bridal makeup with "Brittany" - She did a run-through with me, & I was very clear that I wanted a natural look for my wedding day. I don't normally wear a lot of makeup, & I didn't want to look like an entirely different person for my big day. We did so because we were very concerned,as some of the details were not as we perceived them to be. Amazing All-Around Service – Whenever I need anything done - from an eyebrow wax to a deep tissue massage - I always go to Synergy Spa. The customer service combined with the outstanding performance of their employees makes for an all-around successful spa trip. I have been going here for years and everytime I go I am 100% satisfied with my services. The friendly faces of the staff to greet you always helps too!
Great Customer Service – I am from Brooklyn, NY and called to make an appointment for my birthday at Synergy Spa. The staff was so patient with me as I had plenty of requests and call backs. Best Spa Experience Yet... – I'm a newby to the spa scene. I've never been the girly girl who did all the treatments...never thought I needed it. Until someone recommended I go get a facial. great service; great results – After several years of not having my eyebrows professionally done due to an earlier whack job that left me w/ very little brows, I decided to try Synergy Spa. I'm so glad I did. I have been 3 times and each time received great service, a very nice job on my brows, and no whack job!! My brows look beautifully shaped but very natural. I finally found a place I can trust.
Friendly, Clean, Great Service – I took my dad here when he came for a visit. He wanted a foot rub so I made him an appointment. He said it was the best foot rub of his life. I think he felt like a new man after the experience. The young woman who did the foot rub also gave him a quick head rub at the end, which made the experience even better. The staff were all very polite and friendly. Can't wait to go back for myself now.
Best Spa experience in North Carolina – Anytime I need a true spa experience in North Carolina, Synergy Spa is the place to go. I request gift certificates from my family on special occassions, like birthday, mother's day, christmas, thanksgiving, their birthday (lol).. I truly enjoy their professionalism and their every detail in making your spa treatment a truly remarkable experience. I am headed there on next thursday for a day of pampering..Zen me out..
