Absolutely awful experience – I had came to Synergy once before for my first bikini wax, and had a mostly acceptable experience. With no prior experience and without knowing what to expect, I felt as though it went alright. When it came time to decide whether or not to continue waxing, I decided to give it another shot. It?s unfortunate you had a negative experience. While it has been over 3 years since Samara worked with us, we will still use this as a learning experience. I do respond to all negative reviews not in an attempt to make people feel bad but in hopes that they will know how badly we feel & allow us the opportunity to right any wrong. Best Spa – I was so glad to have a swedish massage! What a wonderful experience. It was so relaxing and can't wait to go back again. I would definetly refer it to others. Not only that but its conveniently located at Oberlin and Glenwood.

Great spa on Glenwood – The staff here is great and always friendly. I have had massages, facials and waxing services here and I definitely make this spa my 'go to' for all of these services. The monthly specials are creative and affordable. All of the staff is professional and they have always gone above and beyond what is expected. I love this place!
What a treat! – I didn't know how much I was missing until I had a top-notch spa pedicure! The staff explained the packages and helped me select the option that I needed. My feet look and feel great. It's easy to relax and leave your cares at the door! I'll be back for more treatments. I've found "my spot" at Synergy.

My New Favorite! – I came upon Synergy spa on the recommendation of a friend who swears by them. I was excited to hear they were honoring Iatria gift certifiicates too so that is what originally brought me to them. And I am SO glad! They have such a calming and restorative atmosphere. Great Place to Relax – I usually go to the quick nail spots to get my manicures, but decided to treat myself and get a spa manicure. Wow, what a difference a few bucks make. They took so much time and paid attention to details with my nails. I didn't feel they were rushing for the people who were sitting and waiting. I can't wait t try one of their massages.
Friendly and professional Spa – I have been to several different spas over the years and I have had mani's and pedi's numerous times. Jesica did a wonderful job with my nails. The polish stayed on forever and that never happens with my fingernails! She made me feel very relaxed and the whole staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great! I will definitely be going back to try out the other treatments!
