Extremely unprofessional experience. The way the situation was handled was disappointing and did not feel respectful toward the customer and their time. Even they did feel sorry for their mistakes.
I went to drop off my friend for hair cut. When we reached there and told them that we are outside they cancelled her appointment by saying that the person who is coming to cut her hair is not coming. When we told him it is very unprofessional he got mad and disconnected the phone. We wasted our time to come here. Big nooooooooo for their unprofessionalism.
I have booked my appointment for hair cut, they booked me for 8.30 p.m, then after an hour changed my timing to 6 p.m. Moreover, third time changed my appointment time to 6.45 p.m.We agreed to all of this.We came from Paris to hamilton and now they were saying we are not sure if you can wait for an hour because the person who is coming to do her job she can not promise if she can make on time and cancelled our appointment. Its very disappointing.
