Synergy Exteriors were great to do business with! It started right from the beginning, as their admin was helpful and patient in all phone/text correspondence. An estimator came out to look at the issue, and within a couple days they were here to fix it. And the guys were quick!! They even were so kind to look at the connecting piece and throw in a couple nails there I'm always praying things don't need to be worked on, but at least I know if it's another gutter issue, I've got Synergy on my side!
This afternoon my husband and I stopped to help a friend who's vehicle got wedged in a snow bank at the end of her driveway. Shortly after we stopped the kindest Synergy Exteriors crew member stopped as well and helped pull the vehicle out. Kind, caring and considerate individual who's character im positive shows through in his business.
We were very happy with Joe who came out and provided us with a quote. When the time came to purchase the windows, the process was very quick and efficient. When we requested a change to the mouldings, they were very nice and accommodating. When the windows arrived the installers noticed ahead of time that one was defective and they were able to reorder the new window. Bad work and workers, not experience enough to do a good job. Could not fix the problem and refused to honour their warranty. I will repair it myself as seems like I know better then synergy what they did wrong and I’m not a roofer. 1 star cause they don’t honour their warranty..
