We had water damage to our home in around November , the work has not been completed as of April 1st ( no joke), I have called Brad on numerous occasions and have not received an adequate and timely response. Hopefully this will get his attention.
It’s been about a month and a half since Synergy finished a job for me, rebuilding two bathrooms as well as fixing some damage to a brick wall and a sidewalk that a plumber had to tear up. My only complaint would be that the coordination with some other companies they contracted to do some parts of it wasn’t as smooth as it could have been. That’s hard to fix and not really all on them—every complex job has lots of moving parts.
Very professional and completed all work as described in a timely fashion. Great to work with! Would definitely recommend.
I just had my home re-piped and Synergy Restoration was recommended by my insurance company. Jorge and Rico, employees of Synergy Restoration, were a joy to work with. It was hard to communicate sometimes as their English was spotty but we understood each other. Their work was great and they went out of their way to do a few things extra that needed fixing. I submitted a home insurance claim for water damage to the interior ceiling and walls of my home due to a roof water leak. Synergy Restoration was the General Contractor. I worked with Brad and he took care of everything, scheduling, his trusted sub-contractors and even negotiating with my home insurance claim adjuster to cover all costs, less my deductible.
