We got our deck and patio put on by Rick and his team and had a great experience. We got estimates from 6 or 7 contractors when looking for someone to help us accomplish our dream outdoor set up and ended up choosing Rick because he was incredibly responsive any time we reached out to him, did not try to change our ideas that we provided to him in drawings, and his work was not outrageously priced. Rick had a ton of delays and faults in communcation. The way Synergy runs their business is in such a fashion I don't comprehend how these people have 5 stars?! Not using these guys moving forward.

I hired rick for a renovation, but the communication was terrible, the workmanship was terrible, and they didnt even finish the work. Avoid them if you value your time and money. And ghosted me before finishing the project.
