At first I thought Gavin was great. Then I learned he was so busy he forgot who he said what to, and what promises he made. When our home was being built his designer, Irene, had me pick out multiple items and told me what all our house included. One of those items was a chandelier in the kitchen. We bought a new home from Jerry Hawkins 3 years ago. Nothing but issues from day one. Jerry was extremely difficult to work with as was most of his team. You would think that when you are paying $200k for a home that you could at least be treated with respect, nope.
