Within four weeks, Synergy Real Estate Group rented two of our apartments in Nashville, TN!! I met Allyson one day and later that same day she and her Group were at the property assessing it. Within one week, she had the first Unit rented. Three weeks later, she rented the second unit. Rented a property in Nashville for two years. upon leaving, my lease was transferred to another tenant, my friend, and my deposit was held and deducted from outstanding utilities and difference was charged as lease violation as the new tenant was staying with me (she's a travel RN). It seems that they would find any reason, without proof or certainty, to not pay deposit back. Will let every platform know to be careful, my contact Melanie was the least helpful and does not return calls or emails.

Slumlords!!!!! This company is horrible and no one should rent from them! They do not care about the upkeep of their properties, nor the tenants that rent from them! They stole my security deposit and charged me a $200 cleaning fee when I left the unit I was renting from them in better shape than it was when I moved in! Y’all may have done me wrong but karma will slam yo ass mark my word!!!
