This company cannot communicate with its renters nor make timely maintenance repairs. I have several maintenance issues that haven't been resolved since I started my lease a month ago. It appears these units are cheaply built. Also, my lease has a few troubling clauses, such as "if the Landlord is fined for violating any property or building codes, it is the responsibility of the Tenant to pay such fines" on top of a $50 "processing fee." Overall, dissatisfied with how this organization does business.
This company is over our HOA at Polk place townhomes and is an absolute JOKE. They don’t keep up with the people parking in front of the trash dumpsters causing them to not be emptied which causes a mess because then the trash is all over the place. The mail room trash is always overflowing and a mess. Yet homeowners pay 115.00 a month for this mess. It’s an absolute JOKE. They NEVER hesitate to take the home owners HOA fees every single month but yet this community looks like trash.

It is regretful that the residents do not adhere to the signs that are posted in the community with reference to parking. Renters beware! Run as far as you can from this unprofessional and unreliable company.
Slumlords!!!!! This company is horrible and no one should rent from them! They do not care about the upkeep of their properties, nor the tenants that rent from them! They stole my security deposit and charged me a $200 cleaning fee when I left the unit I was renting from them in better shape than it was when I moved in! Y’all may have done me wrong but karma will slam yo ass mark my word!!!
RENTERS BEWARE! If you value; communication, professionalism, organization or your security deposit RUN from Synergy. When this business first took over as my HOA, they had me behind in payments. They couldn't get my previous information from the prior HOA management. I was never behind in my payments for years! I even had a surplus. I was told by a team member "They haven't received much of the payment history from prior management and not to pay the delinquency until it's resolved."
