In 2001 I moved my family into one of Synergys subdivision called Waterford. It was promoted as an upper class neighborhood per the marketing material and also sighns that were placed on the property. This all included walking trials around the lake and thru the subdivision including bridge to the island. To date the plans have only been partialy completed.
