I was really was impressing with our install. The project went exactly as promised. Marshall, our customer service rep, kept us updated weekly from sale to completion. The team that did the install was professional and did a great job! They were super helpful in coordinating with the city for equipment and permits. Special thanks to the electrician Karl who stayed around late on a Friday afternoon while the power company installed the new meter just to make sure all was working properly!
Synergy Power moved some solar panels for my clients when they sold their home. Andy was awesome to work with. He was very prompt in all his responses. Their customer service and friendliness were outstanding. They communicated well and followed through. We had some problems come up and they were accommodating and helpful even though the problems were not of their making and they really saved the day. Highly recommend!!!
Eric and the team were awesome. 19.2kW residentinal in Ogden..Researched 6 companies and synergy beat them on quality and value and met the cost of the other companies with lesser equipment...also a factor that synergy is not a new entrant to the solar boom that might go away when tariffs expire...great smartfone and off-site monitoring
Very, very happy I selected Synergy Power to install my solar system. I interviewed 7 different solar companies. Synergy beat them all in quality, price, and warranty. Eric was my sales guy and point of contact throughout the process. He did an outstanding job keeping me advised and updated. Installation went smoothly and system has up and running for a couple of months now producing exactly as advertised. If you decide to go solar, go with Synergy Power. You won’t be disappointed!
Our Synergy Power solar system became operational in mid-summer 2017 and even with that shortened collection period for the year our power bill has been wonderfully low! We chose Synergy over 4 other companies mainly for the price and warranty but we were also pleased with the contract and installation process. When any issue came up (as they always do!) they jumped on it and resolved it quickly. The system itself is great! The customer service is seriously lacking. It seemed like once they got my signature I didn't matter anymore. Communication dropped to near non-existent. We had a few minor issues at first and even when speaking with the owner we felt like we weren't important as customers.
Getting solar panels from Synergy Power was an easy decision, Save a ton of money and it's covered for a full 25 years, NO-BRAINER! The installation was quick, easy, and painless. I love being able to monitor the power production on their app. Thanks Eric & Synergy Power!
