Synergy Pilates Studio is a hidden gem in Tualatin. Linda is an amazing instructor who creates intimate, personalized and enjoyable classes. She brings entertaining stories and positive energy to every session. These are very reasonably priced, private, reformer pilates classes that are good for everyone of all ages and skill levels. I love my reformer pilates work out with Linda. She doesn't want me to get bored with the same routine and prepares something different each week. I get a full body work out with her and I or with a friend. If you want a small personalized class then look no further. Linda is your gal! Prices are reasonable and her class times are flexible. I highly recommend pilates with Linda.

I’ve been a client at Synergy Pilates studio for 5+years. If you like reformer Pilates and enjoy small (nearly private) class setting this is for you! Linda has designed the classes to give you a full body work out and are adjusted depending on your level of experience, injuries and your personal goals.

I have been going to Linda for 4 years and she has transformed my body. Routines always change which keeps it fresh and challenging. The price is very reseonable and class size is maximun of 2 so instruction very personalized. I recommend her highly!
