Impressed with the overall care for my particular hand surgery. Therapists are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.
⸻ I would not recommend coming here if you’re at the referral stage with your doctor. For almost two weeks, I was not contacted to set up an appointment after my doctor referred me. I called many times, left multiple voicemails, and never got a call back. When I finally reached someone, they told me for several more weeks that my insurance was still processing. Thankfully, I don’t have a major issue and was able to go somewhere else.
