Bad experience overall. Staff wasn’t helpful, results were delayed, and the environment didn’t feel welcoming or professional. Would not trust them with anything important.
had one of the worst experiences at Synergy Optometry. From the moment I walked in, the staff was cold and unwelcoming. They acted like I was a burden rather than a patient. The receptionist was dismissive and barely made eye contact, and the optometrist was rushed, unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in actually listening to my concerns.
