I was lucky enough to have found Gina at a stressful time in my life. She helped me through some rough times, taught me meditation techniques and introduced me to binaural beats (lifesaver). I’ve recommended friends over the years because she’s good at what she does, and she’s the real deal.
Regina is amazing & caring!! Treats you as if you are her only client, not just another time slot filled in on her schedule. I relocated to Kansas and I've truly missed our sessions and how she helped me.
