Paige, the TMS coordinator, is a legitimate angel. She is not only kind, caring & understanding, she goes above & beyond, even when it's not part of her job, to make sure she removes all obstacles that could impede your care in any way. She takes all of the stress & difficulties out of making sure all of your care needs are met which is a literal LIFE SAVER when it comes to dealing with mental health care which can be so difficult. You will not find a better care provider than Paige ANYWHERE. Paige herself gets ten stars.

I sent my son there for gaming addiction. First it took them months to make him an appt. & when they called me back & gave me an appt, he showed up & nobody answered. They CLAIMED they were in the back and didn't hear him knocking on door & windows. He would make appointments for four weeks at a time. They constantly changed the days & therapists & then said I was not being reasonable because I complained a different scheduled day, therapist & time every week.
