Extremely frustrating experience with communication at this practice. The biggest issue is the lack of reliable and consistent communication between patients/parents and providers. Everything must go through front desk staff, which makes it very difficult to get urgent or time-sensitive concerns properly addressed. Just the word synergy 2 entities combined for a common goal, stable mental health, sobriety. With new tools (TMI) to help in brain function / cognitive repair. Been a patient for many years and will gladly be a patient as life goes on.
