I sent my son there for gaming addiction. First it took them months to make him an appt. & when they called me back & gave me an appt, he showed up & nobody answered. They CLAIMED they were in the back and didn't hear him knocking on door & windows. He would make appointments for four weeks at a time. They constantly changed the days & therapists & then said I was not being reasonable because I complained a different scheduled day, therapist & time every week. the office people are incompetent and wont tell your provider* to send your medication over to your pharmacy after asking them several times. when they finally do, they only send over part of what you need. they do not come back to work on time after “lunch” and they will not contact you if anything is incorrect on your chart. EDIT: very unprofessional to go to me over the phone, “ma’am, ma’am the google review you left was unprofessional” YOU BRINGING IT UP TO ME OVER THE PHONE LIKE THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL
Called to address maintenance immediately dismissed stating can’t accept new patients. For this maintenance they are the only ones in 2 hour radius. Please don’t state you are about maintenance because if u were the call would not have ended with not accepting new patients. Will make sure all are aware including insurance
Giving two stars because my nurse practitioner, Meagan, is okay. However, she sent me to a therapist there named Christine who was an absolute nightmare. The woman must be about 80 years old. It's clear she can't see the needs and circumstances of someone half her age in a changed world. She had a very gruff, cold, unfriendly attitude, when I was hoping for someone kind and warm.
