I was a steady client for a couple of years. The lack of professionalism is sad. Most of the staff smokes cigarettes, and right near the entrance to the building (it's really so unprofessional, ntm, I'm an ex smoker and don't appreciate all the smoke I smelled just to enter. Paige, the TMS coordinator, is a legitimate angel. She is not only kind, caring & understanding, she goes above & beyond, even when it's not part of her job, to make sure she removes all obstacles that could impede your care in any way. She takes all of the stress & difficulties out of making sure all of your care needs are met which is a literal LIFE SAVER when it comes to dealing with mental health care which can be so difficult. You will not find a better care provider than Paige ANYWHERE. Paige herself gets ten stars.
