I had an extremely disappointing experience with Synergy of Monticello and would not recommend this facility. I called four times before anyone finally returned my call and took any sort of information from me. The communication and responsiveness from the office staff is extremely poor, which is especially frustrating when someone is actively trying to reach out for help. Never feel worse than when I get off the phone with the office manager here. I try my very best to avoid interacting with people who act like that. I love my provider so I don’t want to leave the practice, I just wish I didn’t have to get spoken down to whenever I call in between my appointments
Extremely frustrating experience with communication at this practice. The biggest issue is the lack of reliable and consistent communication between patients/parents and providers. Everything must go through front desk staff, which makes it very difficult to get urgent or time-sensitive concerns properly addressed. Just the word synergy 2 entities combined for a common goal, stable mental health, sobriety. With new tools (TMI) to help in brain function / cognitive repair. Been a patient for many years and will gladly be a patient as life goes on.
