This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was unprofessional and rude. Not a single “please” or polite phrase was used . just rushed, cold instructions with zero courtesy. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them instead of a customer. This is my second set of Halloween nails by Maxine. She does great work!! Love this place so much. Irene is always so accommodating and I always leave happy with my dip manicure!!

I've been coming here for years. Due to time constraints I would just run down the street from my job or home to get pedicures without an appointment. I was incredibly unhappy. They were always behind and fights and crap talking. Synergy nails are 15 min away and I started coming back. I would drive an hour for Synergy nails. The owner Irene is incredible. Always a great job. I get fills and gel manis, and and I've been very happy with their work. It's clean too.
