Mike is exceptional. He genuinely cares about the people he works with and is an incredibly attentive listener. He has a unique ability to make you feel truly seen and heard, almost like you’re talking to an old friend, while always maintaining a high level of professionalism. I’ve referred several friends to him, and they’ve all had the same positive experience. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
