Cassi from Synergy came to my home to help fit me for a neck brace before my spinal surgery, and she was absolutely amazing. 88 dollars for a wrist brace that is 30 at Walgreens. Was not told about the cost upfront when I received the brace.
Another deceived customer. I got a brace for my 8 year old’s broken hand and at no point did anyone discuss with me the price at urgent care. Then I received a bill from Synergy for $267 for a brace that sells for $30 online. I’ve tried calling and leaving messages and no one will answer my calls or call me back (shocking!!!). Nasty business practices. Horrible people.
