Synergy was very quick to come out and evaluate our medical equipment and provide a replacement. Grayson our rep was kind and knowledgeable.

Grayson arrived early after having called to make sure that was ok. Even politely asked if he should remove his shoes. He was very personable and answered all of my questions. He also offered plenty of tips and tricks for when using the brace on my own. All in all excellent service!
