I took my son to Legacy Urgent Care late at night where we discovered he had a broken foot after a soccer game. They gave us a walking boot and I recieved a bill for the walking boot from a company called Synergy Medical Systems based in Oregon. The bill was deceitful as it showed that I owed $129 in coinsurance. I looked up the walking boot and it sells from Walmart and other Medical Equipment Providers for $50. The only reason you get 1 star is it won't let me give you less! I have received bills from this place, but no one will ever answer the phone, return voicemails, or answer emails. If you think I will pay without you confirming what I'm even being billed for you're crazy! No response, no money!
My wife used a clinic locally and was treated for a wrist injury. Then seven months later, we received a bill for over $300 from this synergy medical place. Her skin has severe bruising and looks awful afterwards. There was no information provided to us as the customer regarding any type of billing.
