This company is a nightmare to deal with. They charged me $400 for a breast pump that is covered by my insurance. I called a few times with no reply, but they kept sending bills. After a few calls they finally answered and said they’d run my insurance.. took my info.. just received another bill from them saying it’s a final notice??? Haven’t run my insurance yet
This company is terrible, no one from the billing department answers the phone. I have never received a bill in the mail, i keep getting robot calls saying i have an outstanding balance and the bill is being sent to collections. I’ve called back multiple times and never got a person, i leave messages and no one calls back. I cannot pay this bill because i have no invoice number to reference.
If I could give a zero star I would there nothing but scam been fighting with them since may to send stuff to my insurance and everytime they have different excuses and still haven’t done anything they said they were gonna do
