After having hip replacement surgery, I have left foot drop most likely from the stretching of the nerve during surgical retraction. Since I am in need of an Ankle-Foot-orthosis, Grayson came today to deliver mine and fit me for it. He was right on time and was very knowledgeable about its purpose and use and he answered all of my questions. He even trouble shot some unclear notes in my chart to ensure I got the right type of orthotic for my particular issue. Thank you so much for a good experience!
I had the opportunity to work with Grayson in getting measured and fitted for a knee brace. Grayson made it a super easy, relaxing and informative experience. He REALLY knows his stuff! He easily answered all questions I had and did a very thorough job explaining and showing me how to care for and wear my brace. After almost a year of constant knee pain, I finally have some relief! Thank you Grayson, and the whole Team at Synergy!
