I have had the opportunity to see both Dr. Long and Dr. Ryder at Synergy. They are kind, caring and always willing to listen to my concerns in order to create a treatment plan that was custom made for my individual needs. I never felt judged or rushed during appointments and highly recommend them to anyone's needs as we age. I have even recommended their services to my wife and daughter.
A doctor that listens to you and educates you on your body. So glad I found this practice. Life is pointing in the right direction.
Dr. Ryder is my life saver! There is no way I could function or have a normal life without her expertise on bioidenticial hormone replacement therapy! Just ask my husband! I continuously recommend her and Synergy to all my friends with hormone issues. If your in menopause or close to it, you must be proactive. Call or go on their website and educate yourself! There is no reason you have to be miserable. You can feel good going thru menopause! Take care of yourself, the people you live with will appreciate it as well!
