I’ve been going to this doctor’s office for a few years and I used to really like them, but they’ve recently let me down. The staff is generally nice in person, but their communication is very poor. Whenever I call, it goes straight to voicemail, and today I had the worst experience with someone who kept telling me I wasn’t listening when she wouldn’t listen to me at all. The team at this Doctor’s office are phenomenal, full of empathy, and all around the most loving and kind group you could ask for to take care of you when you really need it.
