Made an appointment for a Hydra facial, lash lift and tint. Took 40 mins to drive here to be told they couldn’t do my facial due to me using my Zo products the night before. Instead of calling me yesterday when appt was made and asking me , saving me a trip and my time they wait until I’m coming in their door at 10am. I was offered nothing for wasting my time. This is unprofessional to run a luxury business this way! I will definitely go somewhere else. Your clients time should be your number one concern!
I use Synergy Wellness and was referred here for weight loss. I can’t even begin to say how much I loved the staff and welcoming environment they created. It felt like I had been a patient of theirs forever! My nurse was very patient and answered all my questions and was educating me about the process which I loved. Definitely recommend them 🫶
