Wonderful med-spa! Super clean and efficient staff! Eli- my aesthetician was amazing- highly recommend Synergy!
Made an appointment for a Hydra facial, lash lift and tint. Took 40 mins to drive here to be told they couldn’t do my facial due to me using my Zo products the night before. Instead of calling me yesterday when appt was made and asking me , saving me a trip and my time they wait until I’m coming in their door at 10am. I was offered nothing for wasting my time. This is unprofessional to run a luxury business this way! I will definitely go somewhere else. Your clients time should be your number one concern!
I use Synergy Wellness and was referred here for weight loss. I can’t even begin to say how much I loved the staff and welcoming environment they created. It felt like I had been a patient of theirs forever! My nurse was very patient and answered all my questions and was educating me about the process which I loved. Definitely recommend them 🫶
Staff is always sweet and professional. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Holly does a wonderful job! She is super sweet and gentle. I had the micro needling and dermaplane done and she had my skin LOOKING AMAZING after just one visit. I could not recommend this place enough.
I love visiting Synergy Med-Spa! They are very low key and not intimidating at all. Ellie, Brandy, Holly and the whole team are helpful and explain processes well. First time I've felt totally comfortable to want to keep coming back after several facials, etc. Thanks to the whole team!
