Staff are wonderful. They are always kind and helpful. I have been in and out of physical therapy for about 5 years and have seen many physical therapists. I have never had another PT as knowledgeable as the one I am seeing at Synergy. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.
Very disappointed can’t even get to first visit with these people. They want to store my check debit card on file. I don’t have credit cards anymore and my check debit card is linked to my my bank account total corporate and I was told different from my previous Balance Point that this place would be small and non corporate. And there is no other option for payment. This so they can charge you fees if you don’t show or if your insurance doesn’t cover they can just charge your card the difference. Josh is THE best! I went to another PT for 3 months but it was the definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results. Josh did things differently and I got great results! A total knee replacement and Josh now had me at 130 degrees of bend at 4+ months. My goal is 140 degrees and skiing in a few months which is totally doable with Josh. Needling, cupping, and manual massage is the way to go. I am so happy!
Nobody has gotten back to me about my coverage and scheduling. I don’t know if you just don’t need the business or what. This is ridiculous.
