Look no further than Synergy Manual Physical Therapy, SOUTH location! I have had countless physical therapist over 8 years who blew me off, didn't instruct in the proper techniques or treated me like I was a burden to their time. Teresa and Tuesday specifically, but all of the staff, have been so phenomenal! I had more progress and reaults in the first month than years with other places. Kacie is an amazing physical therapist. I started going to her eight weeks after I broke my collar bone. She has helped me immensely, getting back my range of motion and getting all muscles in the back going again. Even on the first visit, I felt a lot lighter after leaving. Five stars for Kacie!! Andrew at the front desk is also amazing and helped me get in to my first appointment very quickly! Definitely recommend this place!
So I did love my therapist Jerrica her work was next level... the company though is next level sketchy in their billing aspect...I paid co pays every visit and even after I finished and was told insurance didn't cover everything they billed me and I sent a check to finial pay...they then charged my card on file without consult...I wanted the option to use them in the future but I just dont trust them...I dont appreciate this company and their lack of professionalism and standards....
