I've been a faithful member of Synergy Aurora since Feb 2012. I was hooked from the very first workout. The sessions are intense but the classes are usually only 30-45 minutes so you are and out in a flash. One of the things I like best is that every day is different. When I started working out at Synergy Kettlebell I was impressed by the knowledge each instructor had. They are so generous with their time too. I have been a member for about a year and a half and so far have lost almost 80lbs. This place has changed my life and I could not speak more highly of their program.

I didn't have to lose any weight when I came to Synergy Kettlebell Training, but I was looking for someone to push me in my workouts. The kettlebell instructors here are great. One of the many things that I appreciate is the fact that they don't generalize praise. Rather than saying, "hey good job," they specify something and that makes the compliment all that more sincere for each individual. This is one of the biggest reasons why I love coming to Synergy Kettlebell.
