I've had a good experience thus far with Kelly and Amanda, the owners of Synergy. I found them through the usual channels, on line. I'm in Pittsburgh, PA and have a 90yr old friend who has a place in Naples. He wanted to go down for the winter, just as he has done for the last 25 years. She is consistently supportive, appreciative, kind, and respectful. Her communication is clear, she listens attentively, and she provides thoughtful guidance. Hands down, the best home health company. We called on a Sunday morning and they were able to get a nurse out that evening! Every nurse was so compassionate and an advocate for my grandpa! You can tell they had the respect and love for their patients end of life! The nurses were easy to understand as that was a challenge for my grandpa. Would highly recommend to everyone to use Synergy!
