Once it was obvious that my mother was needing home care services, I called Synergy. Chad came out for an onsite evaluation with myself and our family the following day. We had a wonderful visit. He made an assessment of what my mother needed and we discussed what was in Mother's budget and a caregiver started the following day. From day one, my needs, as well as Mother's needs, were met. Synergy HomeCare answered my urgent call at 6pm on a Friday night and helped me get someone to her house to watch my mother overnight. I was stuck on a business trip and could not get home to stay with my mom. Synergy had a wonderful caregiver at my mother's house by 7pm. I was so relieved to know that she was not alone and that Synergy was so responsive. I will definitely use them again!
