I honestly can’t say enough good things about this agency. From the very first phone call, everyone was kind, patient, and professional. The caregivers they matched with my grandfather have been amazing, caring, respectful, attentive, and truly compassionate. I have been using Synergy HomeCare for almost a month and am very happy with their support and their caregivers. The owner Joseph is by far one of the most knowledgeable in the business and his director La'Tosha is a kind, compassionate and supportive soul who truly wants to help and is professional and accommodating beyond anyone I've ever experienced. I cannot thank Synergy enough for the incredible care they provided for my grandmother. I received their contact while frantically looking for help when my grandma, who suffers from dementia, suddenly couldn’t get out of bed.
