The company’s mandate was to ensure my loved one was safe and secure while I was away for less that 72 hours. I requested some additional work be done while I was away since they were basically sitting around really just keeping tabs on my home. Well the house sitting part went off without a problem it was the other numerous things that would never recommend this company to anyone. My main problem is the lack of professionalism and lacking this staff lacks. I will NEVER use them again.

Synergy HomeCare answered my urgent call at 6pm on a Friday night and helped me get someone to her house to watch my mother overnight. I was stuck on a business trip and could not get home to stay with my mom. Synergy had a wonderful caregiver at my mother's house by 7pm. I was so relieved to know that she was not alone and that Synergy was so responsive. I will definitely use them again!
