Owner Umair Amin provides a high-touch, thoughtful, compassionate experience. Umair communicates honestly and transparently and really makes the clients feel heard - he took time to listen to our situation and our needs with both an initial call and a follow up home visit. New employees needed to be onboarded for our location, and Umair was in touch throughout that time period, and I was confident they were actively working on staffing. Synergy stepped in within 24 hours after an emergency medical situation for a family member. They have been very responsive and communicative- if an issue arises, it is addressed immediately.
