I would like to thank Mike and Malia at Synergy for arranging the best possible care for me recovering from a serious surgery. Krysten has been a lifesaver taking care of my personal needs and my housekeeping as well. She is pleasant, friendly and efficient every single day and always willing to step up to help as needed. We have had a wonderful experience with Synergy HomeCare of Winchester. From the very first inquiry, the owner, Mike, was incredibly responsive and took the time to ask all the right questions to truly understand my mom’s needs. He hit a home run by pairing us with Pam. Pam has been an absolute blessing. She is professional, dedicated, and reliable, but more importantly, she is kind and loving. Holly is an outstanding caregiver! Prompt – Kind – Efficient – Lovely – Warm & Caring. She helped me with light housekeeping and laundry. Brenda pays great attention to detail when she comes into your house. She senses things that need to be done and makes certain they are taken care of. She is a great advocate at Dr visits. She is a careful driver when running errands and driving me to appointments. I completely trust as a caregiver and recommend her highly. Diamond shows great compassion in her work as far as taking care of my needs. She is great with my cat. She is a careful driver as well. I fully trust her as well and recommend her as a caregiver.
