Our family employed Synergy HomeCare for approximately 4 months to care for a family member suffering from neurological movement issues and overall deteriorating health. Synergy is very strong and supportive. Their support team provides for my needs well.
The caregivers that were sent out did not speak English. They could not communicate with us patient. No meals were prepared nor was anything cleaned. I would not recommend this agency.
The Synergy HomeCare team is outstanding! They gave us great comfort knowing that my father-in-law was in wonderful hands while my husband and I were away at our jobs. They were prompt in arriving on time, helping to prepare and serve his lunch, and with his daily therapy exercises. They even helped care for our dog while we were away during the day. I highly recommend them for home care services for your loved one!
