My Dad has Synergy in Panama City, FL. The owner Christine & the two schedulers Sydney & Shane truly care about meeting my Dad's needs & my concerns. They did my Dad's evaluation at his house, learned our routine & most important they send Sydney to the house with each new caretaker to make sure the caretaker is introduced to my Dad & shown the routine. In addition, so far, they have only sent great caregivers out to take care of my Dad. Synergy does an amazing job. We are very happy with them.

Synergy has been a lifesaver for me and my family ! My uncle lives alone and I stay out of state. He suffered a stroke last year which affected his mobility making simple task a lot harder. Ever since they’ve came in, I haven’t had to worry about his well being. His living space is always tidy, they are extremely kind and understanding ensuring he’s not hard on himself about what he can and can’t do, and just overall good company for him to be around. Please I am begging for anyone that reads this to not take on Senergy homeCare for they are not reliable or respectful towards what you need in a caregiver or CNA. They have gaslighted us and said that their caregivers were badly injured by picking up our person. Though they were not given instructions to pick him up or do anything of that sort to him.
