This would be a place to do your due diligence, i was called by the operations manager for a home care assignment i asked her before i went on the assignment was this client bed bound, and any other issues, Medina (operations manager) totally lied , she said she didn't know he was in that state, i wasted hours traveling time etc , gas, no apology no compensation NOTHING!! SHE KNEW!! so be careful with this agency and ask questions check things out with people read the agencies reviews.,

I have been very pleased with Synergy HomeCare of Northeast Chicago and their services. The caregivers and management are very engaged with us as the family and have formed a trusting bond with my Father to allow him to remain in his home. Amazing service provided for a family member of mine. I would highly recommend Synergy’s services, they go the extra mile when caring for your love ones. We dealt with Tamara when we called for info for their services, Tamara’s ability to listen to what we needed and find a solution that worked for our family was seamless.
