Had a great experience with Synergy HomeCare as a care provider (booked through CorporateCare) and specifically Nyamal. Other services couldn’t staff my request, even with advanced notice but Synergy came through. Nyamal was fantastic. My child is usually nervous with new people but she was really gentle, went at my kid’s pace until they warmed up, and by the end my kid was happily bouncing and playing around with her and announcing her as MY friend. We were introduced to Synergy following a family member's hospital discharge to a skilled nursing facility. Following Dr. orders we engaged Synergy to provide 24 hour in-person monitoring until such time it was deemed no longer medically necessary. We do not regret our decision. Personally, I cannot say enough about Noorhan's and Hashim's care, sensitivity to the situation, and compassion. SYNERGY is an absolutely great place to work! The owner is driven and determined to ensure that her people are taken care of. The caregivers are always working hard and have flawless communication. Can't wait to see where this goes!
