Synergy is great. They are responsive to all my needs. They are very professional and ready should I need help.
We were introduced to Synergy following a family member's hospital discharge to a skilled nursing facility. Following Dr. orders we engaged Synergy to provide 24 hour in-person monitoring until such time it was deemed no longer medically necessary. We do not regret our decision. Personally, I cannot say enough about Noorhan's and Hashim's care, sensitivity to the situation, and compassion. SYNERGY is an absolutely great place to work! The owner is driven and determined to ensure that her people are taken care of. The caregivers are always working hard and have flawless communication. Can't wait to see where this goes!
