We’ve been with Synergy for almost a year now, and they’ve been great! Joy manages the team of caregivers very well, matching up people that work very well with my wife, and they’ve taken excellent care of her throughout. I highly recommend them!

Joy has become a friendly and familiar face every time she brings my parents to an appointment. She is organized and punctual and always makes sure that everything runs smoothly. She helps them to always be on time without ever making them feel rushed or stressed. She also takes notes and makes sure that I am informed of anything that is important or requires my follow up. I worked here for a while and really felt cared for by the team! The scheduler always ensured she found something within my availability and always looked out for me. Communication was great and they put no pressure to accept shifts. I felt in control of my work life balance. The director was also very sweet, knowledgeable, and a great mentor. The owners were also very sweet and caring. If you’re thinking of working here do it! You won’t regret it.
