After my mom's fall in April 2025, I went through a place for mom. I was contacted by Zeena from Synergy within 30 min. A couple days later owner Shafiq visited my mom at the temporary rehab facility. Shafiq has been very great to work with and knowledgeable. We had a lot of issues getting my mom's long term care to pay for it and Shafiq was super patient while that was all being worked out.
