Synergy has done an excellent job matching the care provider to mom. She is doing a great job and meeting all of mom’s needs. We have peace of mind knowing that mom is not completely alone.
Synergy sent us a true blessing directly to our doorstep with Ms.Janice. Finding a good compassionate in home caregiver is hard these days but when I told them exactly what type of person we needed they PROVIDED and we couldn’t be anymore pleased. To be able to go to work and not worry about my loved one is a blessing.
Would not recommend. Aids being paid and resting to do anything. Sitting around on the phone. Talking smack about the client if they think they don't hear them. Very unproffessional.
