SYNERGY HomeCare has been a great place for over 9 years for assisting families in need. The company has been a great resource placing family and caregivers together. I was blessed to be a part of this wonderful company for almost 4 years and wish them the very best in many years to come
Synergy has been an amazing resource to me as a healthcare professional. Happy and friendly staff, you are treated like family. I’ve heard excellent feedback from patients who have been in their care. Definitely a thumbs up!
Care givers for the most do not interact much with the patients. Don't do a lot other than just what is necessary. I had already decided to change companies when they were supposed to have coverage beginning at 8:00 in the morning the last day I was going to use them and no one showed up. When I called I was told that they had not been able to find someone. Claimed they had called the night before but no one talked to me. I would not recommend.
This is a great company with a great staff! They genuinely care about the people they provide services for. I frequently recommend their services to others.
