Would not recommend this company at all. They did not back up what they said they would do. Had employees taken 10-15 minutes smoke breaks and on their phones away from my mother-in-law and not even near her. Put her braces on wrong, took her bed rail off and left it beside the bed knowing that she moves in bed and could fall and get seriously hurt. They were a bunch of talk. Hopefully, no one will have their love one almost hurt or neglected like they did.
Synergy has been a Godsend for us when we needed home care for my elderly mother. Always professional, caring and going above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about them. I would recommend Synergy to anyone.
