Synergy is a good company to work for they go Above and beyond for the workers and clients if you have a problem they will do all they can do to solve they problem they are very nice peoples to work for if you need a day off they don't ask questions they give it to you they are very understanding they try they best to keep the client happy and the workers......
Synergy goes above and beyond for their workers and I would have not gone anywhere else. They are number one. All the owners,supervisors,training supervisors,schedulers and receptionist,and the nurse they treat me with respect and honesty and they are very sweet people. They are all caring and very awesome bosses and company and I plan to retire at synergy home care. They are the best place to work for hands down.
