My father was in the process of passing and in when my mother and I decided we could use extra help with him. We hired Synergy based on recommendations from hospice. It was during Christmas so we assumed there may not be as much available help as we hoped. Which was the case but what we did not expect was the days someone was supposed to be there it ended up being a no show no call so I had to stop working (I am self employed) to help my 81 year old mother. Thanks to Roxanne, Kimberly and Vicky Jo for their excellent support and kindness. Each of them went above and beyond to help me. Now that I have experienced the quality of care they provide, I would not consider going anywhere else for care.

Very disappointed doesn’t even deserve one star. Called two weeks ago and scheduled an assessment. Waiting for them to arrive on our assessment day I called 20 minutes later to see if they were lost and instead I find out we didn’t even make it on the schedule by the receptionist. They asked if I wanted to reschedule I declined!
