My boyfriend’s family needed 24 hour hospice sitting for his father during the last days of his life and they were recommended Synergy. While unfortunately they only needed a caregiver for a couple of days, fortunately the caregivers Sandy, Annabelle, and Aubrey that did come were extremely kind and attentive, especially Aubrey who was present at his passing and treated him with dignity and gentleness helping to prepare him for the funeral home workers. My father was in the process of passing and in when my mother and I decided we could use extra help with him. We hired Synergy based on recommendations from hospice. It was during Christmas so we assumed there may not be as much available help as we hoped. Which was the case but what we did not expect was the days someone was supposed to be there it ended up being a no show no call so I had to stop working (I am self employed) to help my 81 year old mother. Thanks to Roxanne, Kimberly and Vicky Jo for their excellent support and kindness. Each of them went above and beyond to help me. Now that I have experienced the quality of care they provide, I would not consider going anywhere else for care.
